I enjoy the Mozartean first theme! You certainly capture the mood! Using C minor to modulate to dominant G major is a good choice too! Just the second chord with a G on top of a D 6/4 chord seems a bit odd to me. I love your development section (or the C section in a rondo) too! Nice key changes there. The return to A section while in subdominant and modulate back to tonic later makes me link your music with Mozart so called "Easy" Sonata (which is difficult as hell).
