waltz in 9/8 in B minor

This is Small waltz in 9/8 time signature in B minor

It reminds a little of music from tv-series "tales from the loop". 

The melody is ok, but I could still do a much better background. And this piece needs a good B part to rise up and maybe then a good C ending part.  
Also, good dynamic articulation and phrasing would be good. I have started one version where i background makes ta-tatata --- ta-ta-ta --- ta-ta-ta instead of this rythm.

The initial motif is very good.
But what follows is a bit confusing.
