bob stole my cookie Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 I know it's late but I finally compiled a form for voting for the YC awards 2006. The way it's going to work is that the next post can be copied and pasted into a PM, with the selections highlighted in some way. I'm sorry that I can't do it as actual polls but I don't think the staff would be too thrilled if I posted over 30 individual polls (I lost count...). I would like as many people as possible to do this. It won't take too long, as all you need to do is bold or underline the choice you want (and please try to do each catagory, it's not that hard). Also, the pieces that have been nominated are all hyper-linked to their respective threads so, if you don't know the piece, why not go listen? It'll probably be worth it. The reason that there are no sections for Jazz, Band, Pop/Rock and Experimental, Atonal or Other is because there wern't enough nominations for that section. If you disagree with any of the selected pieces or think that there is a piece that deserves to be up there but isn't, make sure you nominate it next year. Also, if you did nominate a piece for a certain catagory and it's not on the list, chances are the piece name was incorrect or it was nominated for the wrong catagory (in which case, I usually moved it to the correct one). Finally, for the purposes of this poll, Letehn is being counted as a staff member. P.S. Sorry for any typos that may have occurred, I tried my best  EDIT: ONLY VOTE ONCE PER CATAGORY and yes, you can vote for yourself Quote
