I wrote this in two days, and im extremly new at this.

Post it in the appropriate forum under the Upload your Compositions category. As far as the piece itself, ..just keep writing and listening. I'm sure you'll get much better after time.

Sounds intense.

I like the randomness, it flows...but I don't know about the mallets.

I don't know, maybe you could try a different instrument, one that flows more, just to see how it sounds.

But I like it! The title is approppriate! It does sound like a dance.

i would flow much more if it was rolled like noted in the slow sections,

i want to get a recording of it being played by myself.

it will sound much more musical that way.

wow ! Great Garrett... it won't make a revolution in China but your sens of the musical flow (intuition of it) is already very acurate ! After a section of stability you draw a line which draws the listener forward with a very simple but effective phrase going upward... and you use again that stategy with the same line but with more intensity by using the same stuff but in 'chords' at the end.

You should has a first exercice to analyse of your piece make a drawing of how the piece goes... as if you where doing a maket of your construction. The means you used are very simple as I said... but memorize them for you'll need them all your life !

I know what you mean, It just doesn't provide the full effect in how I always planed it to sound on my stuff ,:)

I wish I had my own recording studio.
