Editors wanted for the wiki!!

Well, last I checked Anders was still on that list, I had to remind somebody to take him off. So... not like I feel compelled to trust it 100%. :happy:

Anyways, what about the other applications? About two or three people back there seemed interested...

What do you need for applying? Is there a physical application we need to fill out or anything?

You're right that Anders isn't officially an editor any more but we keep him around for sentimental value :P

As for applying, when we need someone, we'll come looking :shifty: :happy:

Regardless of what Hilly said, feel free to apply - we'll consider all applications. Although, yes, we'll make it clear when we specifically need someone.

I would like to apply for an editor position. I've been editing the YC wiki lately (and by "lately", I mean the last hour and a half) and can see it as something I would like to do on a semi-regular basis. Granted, most of the stuff I can actually write about will go sorely unappreciated (20th century piano works and composers mostly, various information on "pop" genres) but still. I'd be happy to contribute as much as I could.

Hmmm... Choppy, if you need more editors at this time we'll be glad to fill them in and teach them about things around the place. Nirvana's been doing an excellently good job participating, oboeducky might be useful around here if he visits more often. Rolifer seemed more than willing to write articles, not sure he'd be up to the actual tasks we editors are doing maintaining the place, plus he's been suggested as a reviewer. Sapphire was also interested a while back. Like Rolifer, not sure if he'd really dig all the work we do, though. Spherenine may still be interested, and he's still a regular visitor.

If you want some more people on the team, those are some you can ask.
