    Lately, I've had a brutal case of writer's block. I've had all sorts of ideas floating around, but nothing seems to coalesce. Just fragments. This piece is, essentially, my attempt to break out of my frustrating lack of inspiration. I've never written an "impromptu" before. I didn't go into it knowing what I was writing.
